What We are Looking For

Holiday Experts is not just a “numbers game”.  We only want 100 agents and are looking for the cream of the travel agency community. Once we reach 100 the doors will be closed!

This is because one of our founding principles is that Holiday Experts will always be based on real relationships - we are not just another huge corporate sausage machine

We do not believe that we can remain true to our beliefs with more than 100 people so we are sticking firmly to that promise.

Working from home is no 'easy option' Holiday Experts do not take just anybody like many of our competitors.  To be part of our business you must be committed to building a profitable and successful business. Whilst you will get a huge amount of support, you will only be successful if you have real drive, professionalism and a desire to succeed.

We do not have part-time agents.  All our staff must work at least 30 hours per week and the majority work more than that.

However, you are not tied into the constraints and of rotas and timetables unless you want to be.  You can decide when you work and how often you work.

Our approach is that happy agents are successful agents and believe that there is no point in making you work long hours unless it is worthwhile for you.

Your Skills

Travel Retail Experience - As an ABTA bonded travel business, it is a requirement that all our agents have at least 2 years travel retail experience in an ABTA bonded agency in the last 5 years.

Drive and enthusiasm to succeed - In reality most of our agents have much more experience than this.  But, the most important things that we look for are a positive mental attitude and a desire to succeed.

The ability to self manage - Working from home requires its very own set of skills, namely the ability to stay focused and effectively manage your time. Other important qualities are professionalism, product knowledge and an eye for products and marketing

A proven track record in sales - And you must be able to sell, of course!
