Couples Tower Isle (formerly Couples Ocho Rios)

History was made when Jamaica’s first year-round resort - and first beach resort - opened in 1949. Tower Isle Hotel became an instant landmark and a haven for movie stars and famous celebrities in the 1950s and 1960s.

A new concept was introduced in 1978 - a new all inclusive resort for couples only. The resort was aptly renamed Couples Ocho Rios.

From 1978 to 2008, Couples Ocho Rios has enticed tens of thousands of romantically inclined couples to experience her Old World charm and world-class service. For thirty years she has created emotional connections so satisfying that many of her loyal returning guests do not consider Couples Ocho Rios a vacation place, but rather as home'!

With a $22 million investment in upgrades, enhancements and renovations a new era is set to begin.  Couples Ocho Rios will re-open as Couples Tower Isle on December 15, 2008
