Accommodations
Rooms are furnished to a high standard and all have balconies or patios, two-poster beds, mahogany-stained furniture with wicker insets, cushioned armchairs, tile floors, tropical-print high quality fabrics, and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. Many room types are available from standard to ocean view to deluxe presidential suite – ask at time of booking for upgrade deals.
Dining
Dining here is a full gastronomic experience with five restaurants to choose from at the resort, as well as three at the nearby Almond Beach Club via a complimentary shuttle. (Please note that only guests 16 and older are allowed at the Club.) Each of the five restaurants has its own identity and serves specialities every evening.
Opt for the main Horizons restaurant for traditional buffet style fayre or perhaps The Reef which is open air and specialises in seafood in the evening located right on the beach. Wherever you choose each of the five delightful restaurants will have a menu to suit your tastes and throughout the day, snacks are available from the beach grill, and room service is offered for lunch and dinner.
Activities & Sports
The ‘Village’ has ten freshwater swimming pools as well as two cool freshwater Jacuzzis,. As part of the all-inclusive resort features, guests will be able to participate in numerous water and land sports, including hobie cat sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, windsurfing, reel fishing, aquacycles, kayaks, fishing, squash, tennis and par 3 nine-hole golf.
Also guests over 18 can enjoy the facilities at the Almond Beach Club & Spa or the newly opened Almond Casuarina which welcomes guests of all ages. A free shuttle bus will provide transport to both resorts.
Kids Club
Almond Resorts offers something for all ages of children, such as a full-service nursery that provides indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old. Our Kids Club offers activities for children – ranging from three to twelve include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Movies, water sports, disco night and much more await our teenage visitors. For the parents? You can find refuge in the solitude of our spa, a late dinner for just two or simply spend some time together sipping cocktails by the pool.
