Hotel Overview

If you like your holidays to centre around the great outdoors, the Elba Sara is just the ticket. It’s set right on Castillo Beach – a fairly quiet stretch of sand that’s ideal for sunbathing and evening walks. And if you’re up early enough, the sunrises are stunning.

At the Elba Sara Hotel,you’ll find three swimming pools, including a splash pool for the kids. The biggest one is the most popular with a wooden bridge and its own little island in the middle. Lush tropical surroundings with palm trees and shrubs ensure you feel you are on a truly exotic holiday.

Most of the hotel’s entertainment takes place outside, too. Sporty types can use the tennis courts, minigolf and rifle shooting range, or dive into the pool for an aqua aerobics session.

When it comes to dining, there are two main options. The Albatros restaurant serves meals buffet style. For breakfast, you can expect everything from fresh fruit and smoothies to made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. At lunch and dinner, the food is centred around a theme – Canarian and Spanish spreads. If you fancy tucking into your meals by the pool, head to the Tucan Grill where pizza, burgers and snacks are on the menu.

As for the bedrooms, they’ve been decorated with the hotel’s surroundings in mind. A yellow and blue colour scheme gives them a seaside feel, while every one comes with a balcony or patio that overlooks the sea.
